My name is Valeria, since I were a child I’ve always been keen on animals but the creatures I adore most are the felines, especially the Persian cat. In 2008 I took the decision to have one of them in my house and so I started looking for the perfect kitten for me, that’s how I met Antonella Bonetti owner of Diciotto Carati Cattery, she had the little girl I wanted, a brown tabby blotched exotic.

But thanks to Antonella the kittens I took home with me became two: Orchidea and Oscar, I couldn’t yet imagine that they would have changed my life, I still remember as if it was today the emotions I felt in the very right moment I hugged them and realized that they were mine…

Shortly after I got married and my friends decided, without my knowing, to give me a third Diciotto Carati cat as wedding present….and in those days broke out in me the willing to “live”, study and breed these cats…

I know it won’t be easy, I still have to learn a lot but I’m truly proud of what I’m creating and proud of my beautiful “children” I love so much, not only for their special look, but also for the unmistakable sweetness in each one of them, for their kind temper, and for their big eyes full of love…I can go on endlessly….

I want to thank my child Alexsandra, the most wonderful thing of my life, I dedicate this website to her mostly!

I want to thank my husband Luca who always supports me in this adventure, for having fulfilled all my desires, and for the great support he gives me daily to cure our cats.

I want to thank a great friend, Antonella Bonetti (Diciotto Carati cattery) , whom I hold in high esteem as breeder and as person, for giving me her beautiful cats, for having faith in me, for always being helpful, for all her reassurances and , and for always being there for me, even late at night whenever I needed her, my site is dedicated to her too, and that’s why I called it Orithil, like her fabulous cat that I love and cuddled more than once.
